Over a year now I’ve been apart of this knowledgepanel, to advocate for the importance of music therapy and of course I try to put in general importance of art therapy. 💖 I enjoy this a lot, since music has been a great part of my entire life. When I applied and had the interview I was quite sick, and I didn’t know what it was. Now I know, at that time it was a rough time with migraines. (Thankfully that’s under control and being treated.) 💇🏼‍♀️ Haircare is needed 💆🏼‍♀️ Throughout the summertime my hair has been a mess, with amazing coloring and haircut done by @ragnarwilhelm as you can see on the cover image. 😍 Nevertheless my hair needed some proper haircare and maintenance 😂 This time I went back to an very cool business, concept and company: @novito_official I told my situation and why I needed this much care of my hair. Outside The Binary, is not an ordinary book. It in Outside The Binary, is not an ordinary book. It invites you into numerous conversations, short stories and personal journeys. 🫂 If you haven’t read, looked and felt it already. You should.❤️ I highly recommend it. The song on this post, is chosen to rather emphasize the importance, power and attitude that lies in the production and project in its total, and of course because I like the vibe and power in the song; it screams power and I don’t care attitude 🔥 And that’s how I am when it comes to being me! ✨ From the moment I was asked to be apart of something this big, I did not hesitate for a second. To both be able to use my voice on my behalf, but also for those who can’t has been both inspiring and important at the same time. 🔥✨ When this was written I was 27 years old, now I’m 35. That showcases the length the project; Outside The Binary lasted. Being apart of this project in general has shown me what lives inside of me, got me connected to wonderful people world wide. Mostly it gave me a chance to be me, me in a field of work I love being apart of. This project has been apart of numerous art exhibitions, and if I could I was there, always. I always found my way to get there. Both when it comes to my own life, but also my zodiac sign; Gemini. Duality of souls. 🖤 For as long as I can remember people around me always describe me as a happy, colorful and smiling person, which is nice and I’m honored about that. Underneath all that, there is darkness. Not everyone notice it, but there is and it always has been. I’m just good at hiding the facts on how bad it is and has been. Now I’m tired of it and I have just one more fight left in me, and this time around I’m inviting you into the last fight, because I can’t do it alone anymore. I have the determination, willingness and motivation to pull through, but I don’t have the energy and strength for it.. I succeeded to complete an education regardless of that, and that’s because it was important to me. But the shame, the feeling of not knowing where you belong or where you’re going to end up at; it’s hard, it breaks me and it tears me down mentally. It’s exhausting. But still I put on my smile, silliness and weirdness and I do not care! I’m not ready to share my thoughts regarding my current situation, but it will come. I am so exhausted of endless fights, and obstacles that keeps on coming into my life. I meet them, I embrace them and I kick them away to, one by one. ⚡️ This has to be the time it turns into my favor! I can’t do nothing else but hope, fight and believe in that. Now it’s time to climb up on the saddle and continue riding the current path I’m on. I don’t take any bullshit, and I fight back. Enough is enough. Jeg har faktisk ikke klart å komme lengre enn til når prologen begynner. Ikke fordi jeg gikk lei av å lese, men fordi det er en rett på sak, åpen og ærlig lesning som treffer hjerteroten min. 🌸🌺 Når boken begynner med å takke de som kom før han, og han ønsker de som kommer etter seg velkommen. Da fikk jeg et inntrykk av at dette er en bok jeg må lese i fred og ro, og ikke forhaste meg igjennom boken. ❤️ Nå gjenstår det å si gratulerer med boken Luca, men også anbefaler jeg dere å kjøpe boken hans.
